The ANA is Hitting the Streets!
The ANA participated in several local community events to help spread the word about healthy eating and the role of nutrition in maintaining health. We had a wonderul time telling event-goers about the programs and activites of the ANA and met quite a few old friends as well.
Donna Ichikawa, past President of NOHA (the ANA's former name) manned a booth for the ANA at the Glenwood Sunday Market in Roger's Park.
This market will continue every Sunday through October 17th and is a wonderful resource for produce, cheeses, breads, and more.
Larry Siegal, your NutritionDigest editor, represented the ANA at a booth during Custer's Last Stand, the long running Evanston Art Fair.
A big thank you to our partner Whole Foods Market of Evanston, who invited the ANA to participate in both these events.
