Gluten Free Classes, LLC is located in the Chicago area and helps those wanting to learn about the gluten-free diet.  Through cooking classes (both in your home and at various venues), online information, private consulations and gluten-free events, Gluten Free Classes, LLC is a safe place to learn the nuances of gluten-free cooking and living.  The website Gluten Free Life with Jen is where you can find information about upcoming events.

The Gluten Free Cooking Expo is an annual event produced by Gluten Free Classes.  The event attracts hundreds of people from around the country and Canada.  The Expo is the perfect venue to learn basic and advanced gluten-free cooking techniques.  Participants learn from to-chefs how to prepare gluten-free foods.  There is also a large vendor fair.  For more information go to www.gfreelife.com.
