Healthcare Philosophy Statement

Since we are all bioindividuals, there is no one-size-fits-all diet for all of us to follow & achieve optimal health. That's where I come in - to help you discover what works for you and create your own personalized diet!

I believe in finding the root cause of a health issue, and removing it, rather than just suppressing the symptoms. I'm here to help you develop a healthy relationship with food, stop the yo-yo dieting, and change your lifestyle for good.

I believe food is more than just fuel & nourishment for our bodies. Food brings people together, it brings comfort, and it brings joy to our lives. We have a physical & emotional connection to food.

Health is a journey, not a destination. I believe eating a nutrient-dense, whole foods diet, exercising, reducing stress, and reducing toxins are key factors for improving our health. I also believe in balance & enjoying everything life has to offer. I don't eat "perfectly" all the time & I don't expect you to either.
