Healthcare Philosophy Statement

Since there is no quick-fix diet that works for everyone, I enjoy partnering with you to improve your relationship with food, your body, and your ability to live life to the fullest while you pursue your goals.

Because food is so important to us, both physically and emotionally, when you step into my office, you step into an area of non judgment. It is not my job to chastise you for not drinking enough water or to chide you for eating potato chips. We are all traveling our own paths, and I can’t know where you are on your path just by looking at you. It IS my job to help you learn how to make good, nutritional choices for your body while still allowing the occasional indulgence and respecting your own personal path.

My personal nutritional journey began when I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s Hypothyroidism, and two of my family members were diagnosed with ADHD. I spent years endlessly reading up on holistic alternatives to support our health before I discovered the benefits of nutritional therapy and became a nutritional therapist myself. I am passionate about helping other families support their loved ones with ADHD, and many other health issues, using nutritional therapy practices.
