About My Practice & Typical Clients

I've been a licensed clinical psychologist for over 25 years with a specialization in mind-body medicine and biofeedback.  With advanced training in nutrition from the Institute for Functional Medicine, the Center for Mind-Body Medicine, and the Institute for Integative Nutrition, I incorporate nutrtition coaching and mindful eating as part of helping clients with a wide range of physical and emotional issues.  Both individual and group sessions are offered.  With extensive experience as a public speaker and consultant, I also design programs for corporate clients.  My book, How to Teach Clients to Stop Panic Attacks: Don't Forget to Breathe, is scheduled for release by Jessica Kingsley Publishers in June, 2012.  I'm also a Certified Yoga Instructor, a Board Certified Senior Fellow in Biofeedback, and the host of Feed Your Mind Wellness with Dr. Sandi, a cable television program aired in the northern suburbs of Chicago.
