About My Practice & Typical Clients

We work with clients from all sorts of backgrounds, and with all sorts of health goals. We have worked with clients who suffer from digestive distress, lack of energy, mental fog, skin issues like eczema, all the way to helping athletes increase endurance and optimize recovery to run in Ultra Marathons.

We have seen a great need for blood sugar balance in our culture and community, and have found that most of our clients need significant support in this area. Balancing blood sugar can go a long way in helping people achieve their goals. Balanced blood sugar can increase mental focus, improve energy throughout the day, and help maintain ideal body weight. Proper digestion and blood sugar regulation are two of the primary Foundations that our practice is built upon.

We believe that each person is unique and created with bio-individuality. We respect that bio-individuality, understanding that one size does not fit all when it comes to nutritional needs. Our practice is a blend of non-invasive, hands-on, Functional Evaluation and co-communication where we develop a bio-individual nutritional program just for you.
