2 medium avocados
- 1 cup sucanet
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 3/4 cup organic cocoa or raw carob powder
- 3/4 cup water, plus additional water to thin
Directions
Process all ingredients in a blender. Add additional water, if necessary, to thin to the desired consistency. Pour into dessert glass and refrigerate until served.
You won't believe how rich and smooth this mousse is. It is delicious alone or served as a fondue with fresh strawberries, bananas, or tangerines. Sprinkle raw cacao nibs on top of an extra chocolaty treat!
